Under the leadership of Club Pro, Ron Schaub, Lakewood Racquet Club has produced some incredible Ohio junior tennis players over the years! Some of the best regional players learned the game right here at Lakewood and have gone on to play tennis at universities across the United States.

If you have a child who is interested in playing tennis or is currently playing tennis and wants to take their game to the next level, Lakewood is the place to be! Between individual lessons, group lessons, league play and open court time, Juniors have grown to call Lakewood a home away from home where they can have fun with friends and improve their games.

Junior Group Tennis Instruction runs $10 / session or $95 / month.

Group Lessons for ages 13-18 are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 PM.

Group Lessons for ages 6-12 are held Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00-5:30 PM.

Group Lesson for ages 6-18 are held every Sunday from 1:00-2:30 PM.

Group Lesson fees are due the 1st of the month if paying monthly - no charging allowed.

Junior memberships are $75 per year. All juniors under 18 can purchase a junior membership. It allows you to take any empty court to hit on. You cannot reserve a court and courts will not be lit just for juniors. Membership does NOT include lessons.

Private Lessons can be scheduled by calling the club and run $30 / hour or $18 / half hour.

Ball Machine Rental is $10 per hour.
